1. Do you products have an expired date?

Yes, please refer to the packaging for the expired date. Our shelf life
is 3 years since manufacture date. Kindly ensure the products you use are still in their original packaging and no damaging to the protective packaging.

We are Malaysia register brand and our product manufacturing factory is stated at China Quanzhou. We have been went through a year of research to bring you the best quality of period products we can offer you. Yes, our products have passed stringent quality control procedures which is verified by SGS and FDA.

4. What is Affiliate Program?

1. How long will it take to ship out my order?

Your order will be shipped out
within 24 hours after order is confirmed.

2. Do you ship internationally?

We primarily offer shipping within Malaysia and Singapore only. For other countries, please contact our

3. How do your charge for shipping fee?

Standard shipping is RM7 for West Malaysia, RM12 for East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak), RM29 for
Singapore.  

4. My parcel arrived empty or damaged?

We are very sorry if your package arrived damaged! While we have little control over what happens to our shipments after they leave our fulfillment center, we put great trust in our shipping carrier to ensure a successful delivery. We are disappointed to hear when this isn't the case and will notify
our courier's representative to make note of this issue - just shoot us a message and we'll take care of it. If your box arrives empty, kindly allow yourself to rant as much as you can at
